Your pickup
is confirmed.
MRW will pick up your device at the address and time you confirmed. Here's how to pack it properly — and exactly what happens next.
Pack it like this
Four steps. That's it.
Leave it as it is
Don't try to power it on, charge it or restart it. If it boot-loops, let it run out of battery. If it's wet, just dry the outside with a cloth. Any extra attempt can make things worse.
Wrap it (optional but better)
Anti-static bag if you have one. If not, plastic film or a layer of bubble wrap works.
Rigid box with padding
Use a cardboard box, not a padded envelope. Fill with at least 3 cm of bubble wrap, paper or foam on all 6 sides.
Your name on the outside
Write your name and phone number on the box. MRW will give you the tracking number when they arrive — keep it.
Critical
What NOT to do

- Don't open or try to disassemble it.
- Don't use a padded envelope — only rigid boxes.
