Pricing by failure type
Each HDD failure has a different cost. The diagnostic identifies which tier applies and we quote a fixed price before any intervention.

Why does the price vary so much?
A logical failure needs software and a few hours of work. A head crash needs cleanroom intervention, donor parts and 10+ hours of bench work to read each platter.
Anyone offering a flat 'one price fits all' is either overcharging logical recoveries or undercharging — and abandoning — mechanical ones.

Pricing questions
How much does HDD data recovery cost in Spain?+
Between €250 and €1,400 depending on the failure. Logical recovery (deleted files, format) starts at €250. Mechanical work with cleanroom intervention reaches €1,400. Final price always communicated after diagnostic — never billed without your prior approval.
Is the diagnostic free?+
Diagnostic is free if you accept the recovery quote. If you decline the quote, a flat €45 fee covers diagnostic time and return shipping. No surprises.
What does 'no recovery, no fee' mean?+
If we cannot recover your data after attempting the agreed-upon recovery, you do not pay the recovery fee. You only cover the €45 diagnostic if you had previously declined a viable quote.
Why such a wide price range?+
Each failure is unique. Logical failures need software work; mechanical failures need donor parts, cleanroom and 10+ hours of bench time. The diagnostic determines exactly which tier applies before any quote.
Do you charge extra for urgent cases?+
Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days. Express service (24–72h) adds 50% to the recovery price. Quoted upfront, never applied without your approval.
